At Malablack, orders are processed within 1 to 3 days. Once processed, your order will be dispatched. Delivery times typically range between 4 and 12 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

In cases where the recipient is unavailable during delivery or if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be left at the nearest local post office.
Notification:
a. The customer will receive an email notification with the details for collecting the package from the post office.
b. This notification will include the post office address and a reminder of the 15-day pickup window.
Collection Deadline:
a. The customer has 15 business days from the notification date to retrieve their order from the post office.
b. After this period, the package will be deemed unclaimed and returned to the sender.
Return to Sender:
a. If the customer fails to collect the package within the specified time, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
b. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs if they wish to have the package resent.
